Amy Moore

Amy studied dental hygiene at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. This is where she fell in love with community care during some of her clinical rotations and even specialized in community care in the final year of her degree. She has also participated in several humanitarian dental missions in developing countries all around the world! Not only does she like to challenge herself and her skills, but she is passionate about oral health as an important part of overall health that everyone should have access to.

Caitlin tully

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of British Columbia, where she was awarded the Faculty of Dentistry Gold Medal for graduating at the top of her class.

Caitlin discovered her passion for serving diverse populations, particularly older adults living in long-term care, during her community clinical placements. She is dedicated to providing gentle, compassionate, and patient-centred dental hygiene care, recognizing the unique challenges associated with complex medical conditions, cognitive impairment, and limited mobility. She works collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized oral health care plans that promote comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

Monica Ta

Monica graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018 and has been practising as a registered dental hygienist ever since. During her community care rotations at UBC, she discovered a passion for caring for seniors in long-term care after seeing the significant impact preventative oral healthcare can have on residents' overall health and quality of life. Monica joined the Strictly Prevention team and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
